Refund policy

1The 14-day money-back guarantee

Every new Hangarvibe subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. If Hangarvibe isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.

  • Applies to your first subscription on any plan — Basic, Pro, or Ultra
  • Covers both monthly and annual billing
  • Full refund of the first charge, including promotional pricing
  • You don't need a reason, and we won't make you argue for it

2How to request a refund

Email billing@hangarvibe.com from the address on your account (or include your account email) within 14 days of your first charge. That's it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

3What isn't refundable

Outside the 14-day guarantee window:

  • Renewal charges are not refundable — cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for
  • Credits are non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact billing@hangarvibe.com and we will make it right regardless of the guarantee window.

4Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access and your remaining credits until then. No cancellation fees, ever.

5Payment processing

Hangarvibe subscriptions are processed by our payment partner acting as merchant of record (Paddle.com), which handles checkout, billing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Refunds under this policy are issued through the same channel to your original payment method.

6Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region. Where local law grants you a longer withdrawal or refund period, that law applies.
